A design intensive is dedicated, blocked time over one to two weeks where we work closely together to execute specific design goals for your business.

For mid-scope projects such as:
• Existing brand kit refresh (color palette tweaks, new font pairings)

20 Hour Block — $1,900
For large scope projects such as:
• Website template customization
• Course content uploads
• Workflow and platform setups
• Conversion-focused homepage + key page restructuring
40 Hour Block — $3500
For deeper execution projects such as:
• Structured Squarespace website build (up to 6 pages)
• Template customization + full restyle
• Sales funnel build (opt-in page + sales page + thank you page)
• Website 7.0 to 7.1 redesign with layout restructuring

Secure Your Date
Select your package with our easy online proposal, sign your agreement, submit your invoice, and receive your project prep guide. We’ll outline exactly what needs to be ready for your start date.

The Intensives are the ideal choice for entrepreneurs who aren't ready for the investment of a comprehensive brand strategy or custom website, need to create additional visual assets for their existing brand, or have a more limited time frame for their project.
Custom projects are ideal for business owners who are aiming to make significant changes in their business beyond just the visuals. These projects are dedicated to revamping brand strategy, defining your unique market, website overhauls, and creating a high-performing, strategic solution from the ground up.

While our primary focus is on structured Design Intensives, limited one-hour sessions may be available for past clients or very specific, clearly scoped requests.
Hourly work (rate $125/hour USD) is not our standard offering, as most projects benefit from focused, strategic time rather than piecemeal adjustments. If you’re unsure what level of support you need, we’re happy to guide you on a free discovery call toward the option that will create the best outcome for your business.

Collaboration is crucial for a productive Design Intensive Experience so that we can achieve as much as possible.
For some projects you may need to complete a strategy questionnaire and/or pinterest board for inspiration.
For marketing collateral or website help, please have a list ready of what you would like designed and need help with prepared for our discovery call. I will need your brand identity files, style guide, and any copy or necessary content.
For website template customization, you will need to provide website copy and brand photos, and submit a questionnaire. For some website template customizations you will need to provide access to what you purchased if it was purchased elsewhere.
For full website builds you will need to provide the website mockup/wireframe in Adobe XD or Figma.
All project prep work and due dates will be clearly outlined before booking your project.

We have Squarespace Website Templates built that you can select from and customization includes:
Adding your existing Branding (Logo, Color Palette, Font Pairings) to Squarespace. You will need to provide your brand files.
Applying your website copy (words) to the Squarespace Template. You will need to provide your own website copy.
Swapping template photos with your own branding photos or free for use stock photos sourced by us
Domain connection
Technical SEO Setup: (urls, SEO meta Titles and Descriptions, file naming with keywords
Social Media Integration (If applicable)
