  • A fix is one focused change, like restyling your homepage layout, cleaning up mobile, or applying new fonts and colors across the site. On our kickoff call we'll agree on your top 5, so there are no surprises.

  • We'll start with the 5 that will make the biggest difference. Anything left over can be handled with a one-time Studio Support block, or we'll talk about whether a bigger project makes more sense.

  • Yes. The Refresh is for existing Squarespace websites. If you're on another platform and want to move to Squarespace, The Essentials or The Signature is the right fit.

  • Not necessarily. Many refreshes use what you already have, presented better. If new photos or copy are part of your fixes, I'll let you know what to have ready before your week starts.

  • A Refresh improves the site you already have, in one week. A new website rebuilds it from strategy up. If your site's structure still works, a Refresh is usually all you need.

  • Refresh weeks book on a first-come basis, so reach out a few weeks before you'd like it done.
